Log in to your KROM account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a digital return authorization.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
